Turn a Negative Into a Positive

This video is my first attempt at "V-logging".

I often wake up after just a few hours of sleep wide awake and unable to go back to sleep even though I am tired as fuck.

After laying in bed for an hour or so last Friday I decided to get up and take action and put in some work on the track; working towards my goal of making it to the CrossFit Games.

I hope you hear the message, and that it is clear what I am trying to get out to my brothers and sisters out there. I hope this helps at least one of you.
